Five Bridal Veil Styles You Will Love

//  by The Wedding Shoppe

With a variety of styles and lengths to choose from, a bridal veil can completely transform your overall bridal ensemble. We’ve put together some of our favorite bridal veil styles below, along with our best wedding veil shopping tips for your special day.

One of our favorite bridal accessory trends this season is delicate lace overlays. This style features elegant overlays along the edge of the veil for a beautiful look that won’t overshadow your wedding dress. It also hits just below the waist for a flattering length as well.

For brides looking for a more dramatic bridal veil style, we recommend opting for a cathedral length veil that extends a foot or two behind your gown. This bridal veil style works best with a simpler dress silhouette such as an A-line or sheath gown so as not to pull focus from the veil.

Another interesting trend we’ve seen emerge recently is a two tier veil, also known as a “blusher” veil. This style can be any length you choose, with the shorter layer meant to cover the bride’s face before lifting the veil after walking down the aisle.

Channel your inner princess on your wedding day with a bridal veil that shines as brightly as you do! This floor length veil is a simple, traditional style elevated with extra shine and sparkle for your wedding day.

The angel-cut style veil is one of the more popular bridal veil styles as it works well with nearly every type of wedding dress due to its simpler cut and more traditional look. The shorter length also allows you to better show off the back of your wedding gown as you say “I do”.
