Many couples struggle with seating charts and how to let their guests know where they will be sitting. I remember the frustration of creating my seating chart and wish this product had been available when I got married! I spent many hours with my seating chart…making changes, erasing names, moving couples from table to table. What a hassle! The Seating Chart Scroll is a fantastic product and here is how it works…
The Basic Scroll includes:
- Software Program
- Printing and Shipping of the Vellum Scroll
- Rental of the Metal Stand (Choice of Silver, Gold or Black stands)
Simply load the software onto your home computer and the program will walk you through the steps of building your chart! It will ask you a series of simple questions and then you type in your guest’s names and click-and-drag them to their tables. It’s so easy to make changes! No need to alphabetize your list…the software automatically puts your guests in alphabetic order with their assigned table number.
There are also upgrades to the Basic Scroll that are available directly through the printer at an additional cost (add a monogram, upgrade the paper quality, etc.)
The scroll will comfortably accommodate approximately 300 guests or 30 tables. Please feel free to call us directly with any questions regarding the size of your wedding. Our number is (248) 541-1988. For larger weddings two scrolls will be required.
Six business days before the wedding you will e-mail your completed file directly to the printer. They will print the scroll and ship it back to The Wedding Shoppe. You can pick up the Scroll and Stand the Thursday or Friday before the wedding. When you pick up the stand there is a $200.00 refundable deposit. Most of our customers use a credit card and we just “authorize” the $200.00, which means it will not appear on your statement. When the stand is returned complete, undamaged and on time the $200.00 authorization is reversed.
